Refund Policy

All sales are final and we are not able to process returns or exchanges. Please review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order by sending an email to heartrocksandhashtags@gmail.com with the following info: order number and attached photos of damaged item(s). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If no claim is made within 15 days of receipt, Heart Rocks and Hashtags and the customer will understand that the order has been accepted as delivered.

Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
